1. Who we are
Sembang Kencang is a Malaysian TikTok LIVE creator agency. This policy applies to sembangkencang.com and the host self-service portal at host.sembangkencang.com.
2. Information we collect
When a user signs in with TikTok Login Kit, we collect only information the user authorizes and that is necessary for account identification. Depending on the approved scopes, this may include an application-specific TikTok open ID, display name, avatar, username and profile link.
For active agency hosts, we may also process internal host records such as Creator ID, assigned category, individual LIVE performance metrics, personal targets, assigned tasks, task declarations, journal entries, coaching records and security or audit logs.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain secure host sessions.
- Match an authorized TikTok account to an existing active Sembang Kencang host record.
- Display the host's own performance, targets, tasks and coaching.
- Protect the portal, investigate errors and maintain operational audit records.
- Provide approved service notices through official Sembang Kencang channels.
4. Non-member access
A TikTok user who is not recorded as an active Sembang Kencang host will not receive access to host dashboards or agency operational data. The portal may display a notice and a public agency invitation link.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate the portal, including TikTok for authentication, our hosting provider and approved communications infrastructure. We disclose information only where required to operate the service, comply with law or protect users and the service.
6. TikTok tokens and sessions
Authorization codes and access tokens are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed to other users. Portal sessions expire and may be revoked. Users should not share personal sign-in links or session access.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the host service, maintain agency records, meet legal obligations and resolve security issues. We use access controls, HTTPS, limited sessions and operational logging, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
Users may revoke TikTok authorization through their TikTok account settings. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Sembang Kencang, email admin@sembangkencang.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or legitimate operational purposes.
9. Children
The portal is intended for eligible Sembang Kencang hosts who may lawfully use the relevant TikTok and agency services. We do not knowingly use the portal to collect information from persons who are not eligible to participate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
