1. Acceptance
By accessing sembangkencang.com or the Sembang Kencang Host Portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service purpose
The public website provides information about Sembang Kencang and its creator community. The Host Portal provides eligible active hosts with personal performance information, targets, assigned tasks, journal tools and coaching support.
3. Eligibility and host access
Host dashboard access is limited to users whose authenticated TikTok identity is matched to an active Sembang Kencang host record. Successful TikTok authentication alone does not create agency membership or guarantee portal access.
4. Authentication and account security
You must use your own authorized account and keep login sessions and one-time links private. You must not impersonate another host, share portal access, bypass access controls or attempt to view another host's information. We may expire or revoke sessions for security or operational reasons.
5. Host responsibilities
- Provide truthful information in journals, task declarations and other portal submissions.
- Use the portal lawfully and consistently with TikTok's applicable terms and community rules.
- Do not upload malicious content, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Notify Sembang Kencang if you believe your account or session has been compromised.
6. Performance information and coaching
Performance figures may depend on source reports that are delayed, corrected or incomplete. Targets, task suggestions and coaching are operational guidance intended to support host development. They do not guarantee audience growth, rewards, earnings or any particular result.
7. No membership decision by the portal
Applicant and agency membership decisions remain subject to review by the Sembang Kencang Agency Leader. A public invitation, successful login or portal notice is not automatic approval to join the agency.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Intellectual property
Sembang Kencang branding, portal design, original content and internal coaching materials are owned by or licensed to Sembang Kencang. They may not be copied, redistributed or used to misrepresent affiliation without permission.
10. Suspension
We may restrict or terminate portal access when a host becomes inactive, leaves the agency, violates these Terms, creates a security risk or no longer has an eligible linked identity.
11. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Sembang Kencang is not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruption, third-party platforms, inaccurate source reports or decisions made solely from portal guidance.
12. Third-party services
TikTok Login Kit and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sembang Kencang does not control the availability or policies of those services.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
